Match Report Press Report

Five Rivers I Beat Wykeham 3 in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 5 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.

On paper, the number 2 string should have been the closest, with only 18 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Ian Berrill, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 67 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Andrew Kettlewell.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 3 string, Andrew Kettlewell, gaining 40 Ranking Points from the match.
